First vacation in years!

Hi, my name is Dan Ridder.  I have been a real estate investor for over a decade.  Right now, I own 14 properties – 8 single family residences, 5 duplexes and 1 fourplex. 

I used to have a lot of trouble keeping up with the tenants.  I got Mike Butler’s book “Landlording on Autopilot” and started getting a better system put into place.  Later, I also bought his 5M Autopilot Wealth system to add the software to the process. 

Now I am MUCH happier – with more time and more money!
